Pick a Choux shop was established in 2017 by Khun Kunthida Phisitphaiboon (Khun Ning), owner of King Liu The Cake Factory, a famous bakery in Surat Thani province that has been open for more than 10 years. With a passion for finding new experiences in making desserts from various countries This gave her the opportunity to try tasting cream puffs in Japan. After coming back to Thailand, She had the idea of starting a Choux Specialist shop, so she was determined to develop the recipe of the French-style cream puffs that are soft and delicious with premium raw materials and was born as a Pick a Choux shop that was "The Choux Specialist". The first branch opened at Surat Thani Province which is known as being so popular that it becomes the Talk of the town since then, and there are reviews that guarantee deliciousness from many celebrities and influencers. Pick a Choux is a Choux Specialist shop that stands out in terms of taste and meticulousness in every step of the production process. From the selection of premium raw materials to the process of baking in constant heat to get cream puffs inside is hollow puffed up and The body is stable, not collapsed, the skin has cracks and has a beautiful brown color. The filling is made from real custard and cream, not too sweet and greasy. There are more than 10 flavors. The best-selling and signature menus of the shop are vanilla choux cream, choco cream, and salted egg lava. There are also bakery menus and many other drinks.
