Brief Brand Introduction
Mr Li Fung Wan who is the founder of Tang Zai first started helping his father, Mr Li Pui Shing (Creator of Lao Ban Soya Beancurd) at Old Airport Food Centre in Year 2000 selling Chilled Soya Beancurd. Owing to the high demand and expansion plan of Lao Ban Soya Beancurd, Mr Li Fung Wan has since decided to setup a food factory where food is prepared centrally and transported to the individual service sites at Old Airport Food Centre, Toa Payoh Central and Golden Mile Food Centre. Other Lao Ban Outlets were separately handled by his brother and sister. To continue the success of his father’s secret recipe, Mr Li Fung Wan has decided to launch a new brand “Tang Zai (糖仔)” which offers a variety of soya bean and grass jelly products. The new brand is to path the way for further business expansion and also to give our existing Lao Ban Lovers a wider choice of soya products.
