  • Our unique concept is “Good Taste and Fun”. We want our customer to have fun picking their toppings and sauce to create their own unique dessert. However, we noticed that one of the toppings that our customers love to use is “Cheese” because they get to stretch the cheesy toppings with their friends. This became the starting point of our idea in mixing our homemade bread with “cheese” to create a dessert that everyone can eat anywhere. Also, we wanted this menu to taste good and for the customers to have fun while enjoying its yummy taste. This was the idea behind the creation of our “Pocket Cheese Toast” which came in the form of a “pocket toast”, so that our customers can take this pocket toast everywhere with them!
  • Our Pocket Cheese Toast was first born into THE WORLD by THE VOLCANO on the 1st of July 2016 at the Fin Market event. This was the first event ever that our Pocket Cheese Toast was introduced and sold to everyone!. Who would have thought that "Cheese" and "Toast”, in the form of desserts, will be such a great hit? After our success at the Fin Market event, the menu of “Pocket Cheese Toast” was sold all over Thailand by other brands, but no one could ever imitate The Volcano’s original and unique taste!"

Brief Brand Introduction
"THE VOLCANO", a Japanese style milk bread shop, was first born in Chiang Mai, 2011. The dessert shop came from the inspiration of the brand owner who has passion and love for desserts. This led to the idea of creating a unique fresh milk bread shop with the motto of “Good taste from the best ingredients just like when our mom made her toast for us and a little FUN while eating”. FUN is a very important concept for us, as our first branch was located near the Chiang Mai University (the targeted customers are university student).
